Courses Offered1. Bachelor of Science in Tourism (BST) The Bachelor of Science in Tourism is designed for students to pursue a challenging and exciting career in the travel industry with tremendous possibilities and potentials. The program trains highly motivated, enthusiastic young people in travel with the right caliber to meet the growing demand of the travel industry and to get ahead in the field of business armed with strong academic and practical educational experience. The Tourism program focuses on quality education in a caring environment, coherent and extensive knowledge in the field of study where students develop appreciation of other cultures. Tourism is a people-oriented industry that provides career opportunities in tourism-related industry in the Philippines and the Asia-Pacific Region.
Graduates of this program may be employed as an Airline Reservation and Ticketing Staff, Tour Guide, Ticket Agent, Tour Bus Operator, Travel agent, Public Relations Officer, Corporate Travel Manager, Account executive, Sales Representative/Manager, Customer Service Personnel, Researcher, Flight Stewardess, Travel Writer, Newscaster, Event Planner, Professor, Resort/Hotel Planner, and many another tourism-related job opportunities as Tourism is multi-disciplinary. They can also establish their own travel agency or tour operating business.
The Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management program is a four-year program that addresses the needs of the hotel industry and its subsectors such as fastfoods, restaurants, resorts, and the like. It aims to produce graduates whose Christian outlook, professional skills and competencies are applied to the creative and responsive development of human resource thereby contributing to the development of efficient, self-reliant, and authentically Filipino Hotel and restaurant Industry. It also aims to develop graduates who are competitive and world class in a cross-cultural dimension.
